My preference is to run first thing in the morning, before work, before breakfast, sometimes even before brushing my teeth. But try as I might, I have not been able to wake up early enough to run any mornings this week. Tonight, in fact, I waited until 9 pm to go to my apartment complex's fitness center and run a quick 2 miles on the treadmill. I hope I will never do this to myself again, because I thought I might throw up my whole dinner. Gross. Lesson learned - don't wait until the last minute!
